United States and Canadian Orders 

Inventory

We maintain a real-time online inventory of current stock. Purchases of in-stock items usually ship within 24-48 hours during normal operating times for U.S. and Canadian orders. Expected delivery transit times for U.S orders is 2-4 business days after shipment leaves our facility.

Our Responsibility

Rest assured, we are committed to the highest level of service and the utmost care in safeguarding the well-being of your shipment. In the unlikely event that your order is misplaced or encounters any damage during transit, our dedicated team will promptly address the situation and take necessary actions to ensure a seamless resolution. You can trust that we will swiftly re-ship your order to you, free of charge, ensuring your complete satisfaction with your face naturals skin care.

Higher Volume Orders

During heavy volume ordering (we are experiencing an unusually higher than normal volume of orders), your order may be delayed due to the nature of artisan crafted, small batch manufacturing. All of our products are made fresh daily in very small batches to maximize the integrity of our product ingredients. 

If a product you have selected becomes unavailable due to high demand that day, we may hold your order 1-3 additional business days to allow the product to return to stock. If your selected item will not be available within a timely manner, we may ship the balance of your order immediately and the delayed item will ship separately at no additional charge to you as soon as it becomes available. You will always be informed of the status of all items being shipped to you.

International Orders 

Please note: shipping prices may change without prior notice due to normal fluctuations in shipping costs through various delivery providers.) Purchases of in-stock items usually ship within 3 business days. We ship USPS Priority Mail International to all Countries with an estimated 7-21 business days in transit for all orders. We offer USPS express shipping to all countries with an expected 3-7 business days in transit for all orders for an additional fee.  If you require express international shipping, please contact support@facenatural.com for a custom shipping quote and arrangements.

** Please note: International shipments may be subjected to additional levies, taxes, or import duties by your home country or province.  You will be responsible for these fees if they are charged.  We have no control over import fees charged by your home country customs department or province. Once your package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for undeliverable, damaged or lost packages by the shipping provider. Should a damaged or lost shipment problem occur, we will work closely with you and the shipping provider to help resolve the situation.

Holiday Shipping: 

Please allow for possible additional delays during typically high-volume seasons of the year such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
